Ben & Jerry’s Snackable Dough Leaves Ice Cream Behind

Ben & Jerrys Cookie Dough

Honey, hide your fridge from the Cookie Monster because Ben & Jerry’s is out with new pouches of snackable cookie dough! The company responsible for dropping cookie dough chunks into ice cream in 1984 released two new flavors of cookie dough for your snacking pleasure.

You can now enjoy Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Half Baked Chunks, a mix of chocolate chip cookie dough and fudge brownies made famous by the half-baked ice cream. The company released three flavors of the dough chunks last year after fans asked for the snacks for years. The new flavors join Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

“We weren’t entirely surprised when cookie dough chunks flew off the shelf,” said Jody Eley, the innovation manager in charge of the launch. “Cookie Dough is our #1 fan favorite around the world, and we know our fans often dig around the ice cream to get to the chunks. We just made it a little easier by putting them in a bag.”

Obviously, we’re eating them straight out of the bag, but you can sprinkle them on any flavor ice cream, drop them in your cereal, or mix them with healthier options like nuts.
