Every woman desires shiny, lustrous, and silky hair no matter if they have straight or curly locks. Short or long, we all have that need to have beautiful, healthy hair. Unfortunately, not all of us are blessed with a crown of flawless locks. Pollution and sun exposure damage our hair and makes it lose its natural shine.
But we can still make our hair shiny and silky by incorporating some simple health rules to our beauty routine. Today I’m going over some of the most effective ways to get healthy hair and restore that shine.
Hot oil massage
Hot oil treatment is the best remedy for hair. You can use any oil of your choice, like sesame, olive, coconut or almond oil.
Almond oil is an excellent source of vitamin E and D that restore moisture in the hair and help fight split ends. Olive oil has anti-fungal properties that make your hair healthy. And lastly, coconut oil infuses the hair shaft with much-needed protein, which is excellent for chemically damaged strands.
Heat your oil for a few minutes and apply it on your hair, gently massage scalp and hair for 20 minutes then rinse off with shampoo.
Undernourished hair tends to be lackluster and dull. As a result, it’s more likely to damage and break off. Fish oil is known for its ability to nourish your hair follicles with its rich content in omega-3 fatty acids.
These fatty acids are essential for healthy hair. Adding fish oil to your hair care regimen or overall diet can significantly improve your health and your hair.
Eggs, yogurt, and honey are, at first glance, all components of a tasty breakfast; but they also happen to be hair treatment ingredients, and affordable, all-natural ones at that. They’re not the only ones! Did you know that the oils in avocados are super similar to ones produced by our skin, more than any other product?
