I don’t wear much regular liquid foundation anymore due to how heavy it feels. When I do wear it for special occasions, I usually thin it out generously with a wet sponge. Powder looks too ‘settled’ on my skin, mousse is light but unpredictable. I’m fairly used to doing a few swipes of CC foundation once in a blue moon when I’m feeling a bit more dressy. Overall, I’m not a foundation fiend. When I found out about foundation SERUMS though, my ears perked up.
The tinted serums that are coming out in the market now are free from oils, silicone and water. As a result, they sink into the skin effortlessly, blending in instead of sitting on top like a mask. Buff it in with a brush, and you’ve got a flawless finish.
